Out-of-network Benefits
I will gladly check your insurance company for your out-of-network benefits. Often times the reimbursement rate may be up to 50% of the client's out-of-pocket expense. Since I charge competitive rates, often times the reimbursement rate brings the client's fee back down to what his/her usual co-pay would be had I been on that insurance panel.
I am not on Medicaid/Medicare, CHiPs, NorthStar, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Unicare, Value Options, MHN, PHCS, or TriCare.
I am also willing to work with Texas Victim's Compensation Grant recipients. You can go to any police station to find the application or go the Texas Attorney General's website and look under the category of Crime Victims, http://www.oag.state.tx.us/victims/cvc.shtml.
I accept cash or check for payment. Payment is due at the time of service.
